I will never return to this place. They lie to you about what you get paid for donating. The techs in the back are more worried about dancing and singing rather than taking care of you. My tech didn't know what she was doing. I have very good veins and she claimed she was scared to stick me. She admitted she didn't get the needle all the way in, but proceeded with my donation. I donated two weeks ago and my arm is killing me. I can't touch the area because it's swollen, bruised and tender to the touch.

I donated plasma for my first time ever and it was a good experience! The staff are nice and knowledgeable. I waited about 20 minutes before I saw a tech and did my intake assessment. I then went to the back and got hooked up to the machine. It took me about an hour and a half to do everything. They gave me a paycard and I was able to go to Walgreens and withdraw it immediately. Will def go again. Use my name as a referral and get a $50 bonus - LAWRENCE APONTE

So I went here and they lied about the price and will have waiting to tell you that they only give you $40 and I had to stick my other arm so now I have sore arms and hurts I’ll never go back again

I currently donate off and on for about the last 5 months, but I did as well years ago for a continuous length of time. I really never had a bad experience there. I did have a severely bruised arm once but that happens, for no fault. All in all I would definitely recommend Talecris.
